                                             int phaseNumberPadding)

The constructor.

Parameters:

stringUtil - is the StringUtil instance.

prefix - is the static prefix to append before the phase number. Will be omitted if phase number is null.

phaseNumberPadding - is the padding (minimum number of digits) for the phase number. The default is 0.
